Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground

Things have been going great here at SBC, and I thought I would touch on the three stores separately.

First, this is prime time for the truck, so the original SoBurg is booming. I don't know what it was about October 13th, but everyone decided to have events and caterings at the same time. If you were one of the venues we had to turn down, I apologize again. The Chattanooga Market Oktoberfest was again a great event, and a big thanks to Paul and Chris of organizing it. You can check out pics on our Facebook page. Also, congrats to the Andersons on their wedding Saturday; we all hope the burgers made it fun!

The Warehouse Row store has definitely picked up since everyone has returned from Summer vacations and are back in the school swing. We've had great feedback on both the Brat Burger and Sweet Potato Waffle Fries, both of which are seasonal. As the Brat ends on October 31, be on the lookout for our props to the pilgrims: The Thx Burger. With fresh ground turkey, gravy, and cranberry pecan goat cheese, this burger is no joke.

Finally, to our Ooltewah followers: Don't despair, Spring '13 will bring burgers. We've finalized plans for the store, and are working on bids from contractors right now. I have a feeling my Holidays are going to the filled with wall paint decisions, tile choices, and dozens of fixtures. It's ok though, you're worth it.
