What a weekend!

Even through all the storms on Friday, we still stayed busy. Farrow's got a pop after a local radio station talked about us that morning. Then it rained. Rained some more and rained again, but people still came out to Nightfall! Got to love the people who don't let the weather ruin their plans. I, for one, like to stay in on rainy days.

Well anyways, Saturday was a early start. We had guys showing up to work at 7 a.m. to start prepping for Chatty Crafty. Chatty Crafty is a Indie art fair that was on Ross's Green and brought out hundreds of people. We had a blast sharing our burger with people from all around the country.

To make a long day longer, we then headed to Finley Stadium and sold burgers at the Chattanooga Football Club! Boy does this town love some soccer and some burgers.

We ended the weekend at the second and last day of Chatty Crafty. Which despite the weather was still a wonderful day.

Great weekend, but the guys are definitely ready for their day off tomorrow. But don't

worry we will be out strong this week! Make sure you are keepin' up with the truck!

lovin' Chattanooga.

Another successful week. This week proved, yet again, that Southern Burger is becoming a Chattanooga staple. We are proud to announce that we now have more than 1,000 fans on facebook. Just a few short months ago there wasn't even a facebook page... loving you Chattanooga!! We truly appreciate all the love and support. It makes those hot days in a metal can of sorts, cooking burgers and making fries not quite as bad.

We ended a great weekend at the Chattanooga Market as you can see in the pictures below. Just a few of our patrons ordering their favorite burgers.

But we must not forget that Friday night we spent in Cleveland at a horse show! The guys got some time to watch the show, which they all enjoyed. We really enjoyed making an appearance in another city and loved the support there as well.

After returning home late the guys started again Saturday morning at the Chattanooga Brewing Company. Try the pilsner, it's my fave! We ended the night at the Chattanooga Football Club.

As excited as we are about reaching 1,000 we want to reach more. So help us out guys! Tell your friends, I know I tell everyone I know. I also voted for us on urbanspoon. Let's make sure people visiting know to check out the truck. It's because of all of you that we have made such an impact and we thank you. So keep in mind if you want us at your work or to cater your event then give us it call. (423)413-1533.

Love you Chattanooga and it's because of you all that we Keep on Truckin'.

keep on Truckin'

Maybe it's my bias to farmer's markets, but the Chattanooga Market is my favorite location. I can say that because I just write for the truck. It's for purely trivial reasons that I love the Chattanooga Market. All the same, it's my favorite day:)

So this morning Brett, my boyfriend, who works on the truck gets a call. Generator won't start. My heart drops. Unfortunately we have had to miss the market before for this reason, but I just hate the thought. I really do. Lucky for me, well Christian really, they got it working. With due diligence and some trouble shooting they got the problem fixed!!!!

Sigh of relief.

Onto the Chattanooga Market they go. Patties ready, fries cut and produce prepped. It's a good day, now.

I can't help but think what a great feeling it is to be down at the market. To know we are supporting our local businesses and farmer's. Making sure Chattanooga has a smaller foot print. It's truly amazing how our community has come together and created one of the top farmer's markets in the country. We are so grateful to be a part of it. We will continue to keep on truckin' through all the down generators and any issue that arises to ensure Chattanooga gets its Southern Burgers!!

Summertime.

We have officially reached summertime and I couldn't be more excited.

We are are really enjoying Nightfall every Friday!!!

You guys are too!!!

We are all stoked to be a part of Nightfall each Friday night. It has been so much fun being down there with you all! We are also enjoying our partnership with the Chattanooga Football Club and the Chattanooga Market.

On top of all these weekly events we are pleased to annouce we will be a part of Chatty Crafty, which is a Indie art fair at the Ross's Landing Green. This will be on June 25 and 26, so if you are downtown please stop and grab a burger and fries!!!

Some of the guys on the truck along with Chrisitan, the owner, came up with the idea of a contest on Friday's. So if you in the downtown area on Friday's make sure to stop by 6th and Georgia and Farrow's. Make sure you are paying attention because if your bag logo is upside down, then you get a free burger on your next visit. Tell your friends!

and make sure to.... KEEP UP WITH THE TRUCK!
