a late night picture...

Southern Burger Co. was downtown on Friday night!! I just love the vibe of downtown Chattanooga late night! Molly(my black lab) and I went down to check the truck out and just thought Southern Burger fit in perfectly with everything going on down there.

We have added an item to the late night menu that should be a big hit and it is our chili cheese fries. They're just amazing, but if you don't feel like chili cheese fries just ask Grant or one of the guys for the jalapeno/ blue cheese dipping sauce instead!

Keep an eye out for us in the upcoming weeks! We will be all over town and busy with the Chattanooga Football Club, the Chattanooga Market as well as daily lunch and Friday and Saturday late night!

Upcoming weeks

Greetings from Cate! Hey guys just a little about myself. I am a graduate of The University of Tennessee and moved from Knoxville last June. I have been blessed to meet Christian since I work with his fiance. I will be doing some marketing for Southern Burger Company, so I will be around taking pictures at events, as well as helping with anything I possibly can!

As you all know the truck has been at the repair shop all week and today we got it back!! SO. be on the look out!!! While on the topic we would like to extend a congrats to Billy Gladden for winning our contest and guessing the day and time that the truck would be repaired. Although we wish the truck could have been repaired earlier in the week it actually worked out perfect because we got our commissary all in order. Basically the commissary is where we store everything and prep all our delicious burgers!!

I sure hope you all are as excited as I am about the Chattanooga Market opening May 1. I have missed it the past few months and super pumped that I can stroll around the market with my fave burger and check out all the local venders. Yes I said my fave burger! Southern Burger Company will be at the Chattanooga Market every Sunday 11 to 5. We couldn't possibly be more excited about sharing our burgers with all of Chattanooga.

During the day on Saturday's we plan to continue to pair with Chattanooga Brewing Company during their growler hours of 2-5, so please stop by the Northshore and grab a burger!!We will also be selling our burgers on Saturday's while the Chattanooga Football Club plays ball.

Long time no see...

Sorry for the delay, but it is a good thing because we have been so extremely busy! We debuted the truck on March 12th. We absolutely love serving our burgers and fries to Chattanooga. With the help of News Channel 9, facebook and twitter we are gaining more and more attention.

One of our favorite events so far has been Southern Saturdays: Brews and Burgers. If you haven't made it down yet between 12 and 2 it's time you do. We have paired with the Chattanooga Brewing Company and serve our wonderful burgers. Their wonderful beer, our burgers and a local musician or band is proving to be an amazing way to spend a Saturday afternoon!

Beginning at the end of April we will be going from the Northshore to Finley Stadium where we will be set up for the Chattanooga Football Club. We're going to change up the menu for this one, so please stop by and let us know what you think!

In a few short weeks we will be spending every Sunday at the Chattanooga Market and couldn't be more excited. They are the essence of what we stand for: local food. On that note for those of you who aren't aware our beef is all Tennessee beef and grass fed its entire life. The bread is local, as is the produce and our wonderful pickles are from across the state line in the great state of Alabama.

Unfortunately the truck is in the shop right now, which means we are our of commission for a few days, but don't think we are letting this get us down. We have secured a storage place and have some of our guys fixing it up. We are working on some new menu ideas as well. Grant has been busy work on the late night menu and Chattanooga Football Club Menu and Christian is staying busy working with local businesses and the high demand of our burgers for lunch.

Keep a lookout for the Southern Burger Co. truck. We may be at a place near you soon and if not contact us and maybe we can work something out!

Please feel free to contact us if you have ideas or suggestions. We feel grateful to Chattanooga for their love and support and want to make sure we are where you want us!
